Our Strengths-based Servant Leadership Culture:

“Individuals who focus on their Strengths are more engaged in their work and achieve greater results than those who do not.”

“Being a leader is not about making yourself more powerful. It’s about making the people around you more powerful.”

At Life-Science Innovations, regardless of which of our affiliated companies our employees work for, we want each and every employee to work in a healthy and positive work environment on a daily basis. One way we strive to ensure we are providing an engaging workplace for our employees is through our adopted culture of Strengths and Servant Leadership.
We started building our Strengths-based culture in 2005. The premise of the strengths concept is simple: we want to discover our employees’ natural talents and give them opportunities to capitalize on those talents in their role within our organization. We understand each employee brings a unique set of skills and strengths to the table. If we empower them to work in those areas on a regular basis, they will be happier and more engaged. If our employees are more engaged, our organization will be more productive and have better results. It is a win-win for everyone.
To take things to the next level and to complement our Strengths-based culture, we implemented a Servant Leadership model in 2012. Servant Leadership and Strengths work hand in hand to create a work environment where our employees have the freedom and autonomy to work in their areas of natural talent, while being supported and encouraged by their leadership. We believe that true leaders are humble, patient, and kind, and are sincerely looking to help advance and grow the people around them. That, coupled with our individualized approach of strengths, creates an environment where our employees can grow while others cheer them on along the way.
Ultimately, our Strengths-based culture helps employees discover their strengths and our Servant Leadership model empowers employees to maximize those strengths.
