We started building our Strengths-based culture in 2005 in order to give employees an opportunity to discover their natural talents and capitalize on them within the organization. We understand each employee brings a unique set of Strengths to the table and believe when employees are empowered to work in those areas, they will be happier and more engaged.
To complement the Strengths-based culture, we implemented our Servant Leadership model in 2012. Strengths and Servant Leadership work hand in hand to create a work environment where employees have the freedom and autonomy to work in their areas of natural talent, while being supported and encouraged by leadership.
