In order to effectively support our affiliate companies, we employ a centralized department of Human Resource professionals who provide service in payroll and benefits administration, training and development, recruiting, compliance, communications, events, and more.

Information Technology

A critical part of our business is the safety and security of our Information Systems. In order to support our affiliates with all of their IT needs we employ a variety of professionals with skills in computer support, networking, server administration, software programming, and database administration.

Research & Development

For the past 75 years R&D has been vital to our success. We employ a variety of science, technology and business professionals who are outside-the-box thinkers that look for hidden opportunities and challenge the way things have always been done.

Poultry Production

The core of our organization employs hundreds of people in a variety of roles involved in the process of caring for and raising healthy poultry. Roles include: farm managers, hatchery staff, maintenance, drivers, line workers, general labor and much more.

Agriculture Supply

Supporting the health and growth of our birds is a top priority. In addition to the turkey industry, we also provide equipment, feed, and medication for other livestock through a variety of roles including sales, warehouse, drivers, barn design, installation, feed mill operators and more.

Manufacturing & Engineering

Innovation, creativity and automation are critical in today’s workplace. We employ a number of individuals in engineering and manufacturing in order to create revolutionary solutions utilized in our industry. Roles we hire include skilled machinists, assembly specialists, repair technicians, electrical and mechanical engineers, and more.

Students, Interns & Co-Ops

Hiring fresh new talent is important to our long term sustainability. We hire Engineering students annually for Co-Op experiences, as well as other areas of talent related to our industry and needs within our family of companies.
